The following conditions apply to the use of our taxi service.

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all rides brokered or carried out by Giengen Taxi Ruf Rashid.

Booking and prices

Rides can be booked by phone, WhatsApp or online. Prices are based on the applicable taxi tariff. Prices shown online are non-binding estimates.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible by phone or WhatsApp. For short-notice cancellations we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Liability

Liability for damages arising from carriage is governed by statutory provisions, in particular the Passenger Transport Act.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures.
